2015 Friends of Seymour Johnson AFB Gala

Formerly known as the Seymour Support Council, the Friends of Seymour Johnson AFB has been reorganized and energized to raise needed funds and organize a balanced approach to:      
     
    Ensure the Goldsboro/Wayne County community remains  a premier host of Seymour Johnson Air Force base the “Crown Jewel” of the US Air Force
    Pursue enhancement opportunities including military construction and off base infrastructure improvements that can enhance mission capabilities, increase installation efficiency, and promote military quality of life.

The 2nd Annual Friends of Seymour Johnson AFB Gala will take place on March 28, 2015 at Walnut Creek Country Club, Goldsboro, NC. A silent auction will be held offering a variety of items including fine jewelry, food catering services, trips, and sporting event tickets donated by area businesses and individuals.  Attendees will hear a briefing from the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce’s Military Affairs Committee, McGuire Woods Consulting and from Cassidy and Associates.
