As you are aware, there is growing concern that the economic slowdown due to the state's COVID-19 pandemic response will continue to impact businesses across the state. Not only does this cause job loss but reduces business, occupancy and sales tax revenue that governments depend on.
 
As chairman of the Local Government Commission, Treasurer Folwell is uniquely suited to talk about the impact the slowdown has had on local governments and businesses across the state.
