Justice Anita Earls - Anita Earls is an Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court. Before taking office on January 1, 2019, she was a civil rights attorney litigating voting rights, police misconduct and other civil rights cases for 30 years. Anita was the founder and Executive Director of the Southern Coalition for Social Justice, a non-profit legal advocacy organization in Durham, North Carolina. Appointed by President Clinton, Anita was a Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division from 1998 to 2000. She has served on the North Carolina State Board of Elections, the North Carolina Equal Access to Justice Commission and currently Co-Chairs the Governor’s Task Force on Racial Equity in Criminal Justice.
 
Amanda Lamb - Amanda Lamb is a veteran television crime reporter with more than three decades of experience in the trenches. She works for an award-winning NBC affiliate, WRAL TV, in Raleigh, North Carolina. She also appears on a regular basis on national news magazine programs and networks which feature crime stories. Amanda is also the author of three true crime books based on murder cases she has covered for WRAL including: Deadly Dose, Evil Next Door, and Love Lies. In 2022, Amanda published her third work of fiction as part of a mystery series based on the escapades of a television news reporter called No Wake Zone. It is the follow up to Lies That Bind which was published in 2021. Her first book in the series, Dead Last, was released in May of 2020.
 
Dr. Kamala Uzzell - Dr. Kamala Uzzell is a National Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is the founder and practicing psychotherapist at SOLAY Counseling & Consulting, P.C., and the Director of Search Assessment for POLIHIRE. She regularly presents at local and national conferences and has been featured in Essence Magazine and on WRAL and WTVD news stations as a guest expert. She has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) as a guest therapist on the television show Unfaithful: Stories of Betrayal. Recently, Dr. Uzzell was featured in a virtual video art installation, entitled “Feel Good” for the City of Toronto and the Toronto History
Museum in an intimate conversation with Roger Mooking, the Award-Winning Celebrity Chef and Host of Man Fire Food, and Director X, the Award-Winning Film and Video Director.
