2025 LIFT Event

The LIFT Event: Inspiring Volunteer Mentorship in Wayne County

Join us for The LIFT Event on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. at Goldsboro Worship Center. This special evening will shine a spotlight on local nonprofits that provide mentorship opportunities and volunteer pathways for the Wayne County community.

Representatives from Wayne County Public Schools, the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce, WAGES, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County, and Communities Supporting Schools will share how you can play a role in shaping brighter futures through mentorship.

Attendees will not only be encouraged by stories of impact, but will also have the opportunity to learn, connect, and register on the spot to become a mentor or volunteer. Food and beverages will be provided, making this a meaningful and enjoyable gathering for all.
