A Christmas Carol

This production is presented by local theatre group Center Stage Theatre. Since 2008, Center Stage Theatre’s A Christmas Carol has become Downtown Goldsboro tradition. CST continues to improve upon the annual production with the addition of gorgeously painted backdrops and improved special effects. In A Christmas Carol, Charles Dickens invented the modern concept of “Christmas Spirit;” we know Ebenezer Scrooge, Bob Cratchit, Tiny Tim, and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future not only as fictional characters, but as representations of the true meaning of Christmas. Join us as we experience Scrooge’s astonishing personal transformation from “Bah! Humbug!” to “Merry Christmas!”
