Broadway at the Paramount
The Heritage Foundation is producing a variety of shows to showcase the rich talent found in Wayne County. The first of these is Broadway at the Paramount scheduled for June 14, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the following locations: Goldsboro EYE Clinic (919)736-3937, Top Hat Ballroom Dance Studio (919)736-3500 and Positively Dance (919)734-7292. Tickets can be purchased the night of the event at the Paramount Theatre. Ticket costs are $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for students and children under 12.
The Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the international sport of partnership dancing. The idea of creating a community based Broadway variety show was based upon the success of “Remember the Paramount” that the Heritage Dance Foundation produced in August 2007. “Remember the Paramount” marked the first time that all the local community performing arts and dance studios participated in one unified project.
