Fit and Fabulous for 15!

This 15 week program meets twice a week to provide nutrition and fitness tips that will empower you to become Fit and Fabulous in 2010! Classes begin: Monday February 1 Times: Monday 5:30-7:00 and Wednesday: 6:00-7:00 Pre registration is required!
