Center Street) Submission Requirements: To participate in the parade, an entry form and appropriate entry fees must be submitted to the Goldsboro Jaycees (see application for fee schedule). Applications should NOT be dropped off at the Chamber, DGDC, or City, but instead must be mailed to the following address: Goldsboro Jaycees Parade Committee PO Box 463 Goldsboro, NC 27533 A representative from the Jaycees will also be present at the Chamber of Commerce from 11am - 2pm on the following days to accept applications and answer questions: - Friday November 16 - Tuesday November 20 - Wednesday November 28
