Image, Attitude & Professionalism
Today the successful person must wear many hats. He or she must be a general manager, a negotiator, an influencer, an account manager, a partner, a resource manager, a marketer and a strategist, as well as a consultant. This program will address the practical advantages of proper image; achieving a balance between behavior and language; confidence, competence, care and concern; the connection between a positive attitude on the part of the individual and self-esteem; attitude evaluation to improve performance; listening skills to resolve complaints; ways to avoid the procrastinator; and developing and sustaining professionalism.
