INDOOR TRIATHLON
The Goldsboro YMCA hosts its 1st INDOOR TRIATHLON.
SWIM_BIKE_RUN
10 minutes in the shallow end of the pool.
30 minutes on a computerized spin bike.
20 minutes on a treadmill.
The event is limited to the first 54 participants who sign up. When signing up you will be asked to choose a start time.
