Native American Heritage Speakers Series

Dr. Stanley Knick, Research Associate Professor of American Indian Studies at UNC at Pembroke, Director of the Native American Resource Center at UNCP. This lecture addresses cultural diversity, sterotypes, state and federal government regulations, religious freedom, health and substance abuse, and the Pan-Indian movement from cultural and historical perspectives.
