Prenatal Education Classes

Childbirth Preparation Classes that focus on Stages of Pregnancy, Stages of Labor, Signs of Pre-term Labor, Pain Medications, Birthing procedures, Relaxation & Breathing Techniques, Hospital Labor and Delivery Tour and Basic Infant Care. All Classes taught by a Registered nurse and Certified Dula(Labor Coach). Classes are offered in a Series format- Each Tuesday night for 7 weeks and also One Day classes are offered 4 times a year.
