Read Between the Wines

On behalf of Literacy Connections of Wayne County, we invite you to our inaugural fundraiser, "Reading Between the Wines".  Set in the exquisite Crone family home, this event will feature local writers reading from their works as wine and tasty foods are served. Famed local author Margaret Maron will headline the event.      

Literacy Connections is a new organization that fills a previous gap in the County's work force development efforts. We serve adult learners who are not yet eligible for Wayne Community College's program as they require one-on-one tutoring to establish their basic reading skills.
