Ribbon Cutting Celebration!

Come and celebrate with the Hispanic Community Development Center's Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting celebration.  The HCDC helps the hispanic community get the necessary skills to function in American society and makes their transition easier.  They provide English as a Second Language training, computer skills training, and referral networks.
