Seven Quality Tools to Improve Your Organization's Bottom Line

Whether a service or manufactured product, quality is paramount to the profitability of any business; more precisely, the cost of poor quality reduces a company’s profits. However, there are several straightforward tools that may be effectively employed to improve the quality of your organization’s product and, thus, the company’s profitability. This Lunch-and-Learn seminar offers a broad overview of the costs of quality and introduces seven quality tools that may be readily employed in both the goods-producing and service sectors to improve the quality of your company’s goods and services.

Dr.  Norman Crumpacker will be the facilitator for this seminar.  He has worked with Wayne Community College and Lead Instructor of Operations Management programs since January 2003.  DBA, University of Sarasota MBA: Campbell University MSM: North Carolina State University
