But, what if……what if being a leader has less to do with titles or responsibilities, and more to do with presence and awareness? …what if being a leader is not about your position or paycheck, but about your encouragement and adaptability? …what if being a leader is not just about organizational size or structure, but more about openness and integrity?
And what if leaders are not born, but developed?
Well, then, perhaps we need a new definition of leadership.
