We are a complete food service truck offering wonderful cuisine with the food truck experience. Our specialties include dillas, wraps, salads, and sandwiches. We often get the question “what is a Dilla?” Well, a Dilla is a grilled stuffed pizza with many fillings to choose from. Not every combination is offered daily but can be offered for private events with custom menus.
